Please also send us recipient's full name, complete address with zip code and contact number for shipping purposes. Incomplete details may delay courier delivery.

For us to serve you better and faster, don't forget to INCLUDE some basic information when inquiring about a custom order:

• Indicate your DESIGN preference (If you have a sample photo or specific design, pls send that to diycreativ@gmail.com. If not, no worries, just indicate in your request for us to provide you a sample)
• Indicate an ESTIMATE SIZE and COLOR of the wall/panel where you wish to put the design on (we will need this to give you an estimate)
• Indicate any COLOR preferences if applicable

Finalized custom orders take on the average 3-5 business days after payment is received, to process. That excludes shipping time (Metro Manila is 1-2 days delivery while Provincial is 3-4 day delivery).
