We do not have a physical store at this time, but we promise you personal and quality service nevertheless. Here are some terms and conditions which we recommend you read ahead of time to ensure seamless transactions with us.

Pricing
We price per sq ft of design/material used, which basically considers the complexity of design, size, and color combinations. We do not charge for design services separately unless it requires a highly complex amount of effort. If you have a specific design, best to send it to us with your preferred size so that we can assess the feasibility as well as the exact price. If you don't, let us know what your theme is and we can provide you recommendations.
Order Lead Time
For pre-made designs, we require 3 working days of processing time, after full payment is received. For custom order designs, we require 3-5 working days of processing time, after full payment is received. We normally confirm the number of days with you upon confirming your order if different from what is the default. Large or bulk orders will require more time and will be confirmed with you upon confirmation of your order.
Payment
Current payment methods accepted are Credit Card/Paypal (with additional fee), Gcash, Maya and Bank Deposits through BPI, BDO, or Metrobank. Payment confirmations and other related order documents are sent online to the email address you have used when creating your order or via Facebook or Instagram private message whichever is applicable.
We will reserve your order for you for a maximum of 1 week while waiting for payment. If you need more time, please let us know so that we can extend it further for you. Otherwise, if no payment is made and no special extension request is made by this timeframe, we will release the resources to other orders on queue.

Shipping/Delivery
As we do not have a physical store, we can only ship our items through third-party couriers: Gogo Express, Ninjavan, Grab, etc. Shipping to Metro Manila is 1-2 Working Days while Provincial is 3-4 Working Days. At certain times, there may be delays that are beyond our control, so please provide some allowance in the schedule. We strive to keep the cost low and thus, choose a reliable and cost-efficient partner; however, if you wish for us to use other delivery services (ex. Grab Express, etc for same-day delivery), please request that in advance and the actual shipping fee will be charged.
Installation
All our kits are designed to be D.I.Y. (Do it Yourself). Instructions are provided with each kit. As such, we do not provide onsite installation services. However, our communication lines are always open for questions regarding installation.
